Flexibility through standard interfaces

With the aucobo connector, your infrastructure is connected via a variety of preconfigured standard interfaces. The spectrum ranges from classic database queries via ODBC to direct control drivers for Siemens S7 and modern Industry 4.0 protocols such as MQTT or OPC-UA. Coupling to leading ERP, MES or PDA systems (e.g. SAP, Hydra, Legato Sapient) is also already prepared. For you, this means a drastically reduced implementation time and maximum security when integrating your entire IT landscape.

aucobo Nodes

Time is a decisive factor in production. That’s why we provide you with preconfigured aucobo nodes that allow you to set up connectors quickly and adapt them flexibly – without long development cycles or special solutions. The nodes can be combined on a modular basis and can be quickly retrofitted in the event of changes to the system so that commissioning and expansions can be planned. These nodes make it possible to semantically process even older protocols so that the data can be used immediately for modern workflows: Raw signals are structured, standardized and provided with context (machine/line, status, time stamp) so that downstream systems can clearly interpret what was measured.

The architecture is designed to process different protocols as well as cyclical and event-based methods simultaneously, including parallel data streams from multiple sources. This means that your store floor management remains scalable and future-proof at all times – even if new machines are added or additional locations are to be connected.

Efficient data transmission without system load

To conserve your network and computing capacities, the aucobo solution relies on state-of-the-art, event-based communication methods. Instead of permanent queries, we recommend protocols such as MQTT, AMQP or REST-capable interfaces via HTTP(S). These methods ensure that information only flows when it is really needed.
