What is aucobo - and what problem do we solve?

What data is collected and how is the added value generated?

IIoT/machine data (e.g. statuses, events, alarms, cycle/performance) plus structured feedback from the store floor (e.g. reason for malfunction, action, comment) are typical. How quickly is aucobo ready for use?

How does the mobile application support the store floor?

The mobile application brings information directly to where it is needed: Alarms, tasks, feedback and status. This reduces media disruptions, speeds up response times and improves data quality because events and measures are documented directly in the process.

Which integrations are possible (MES/ERP/CMMS etc.)?

aucobo can be integrated into existing system landscapes – depending on the setup, e.g. via standard interfaces, APIs or data exports. The aim is always to connect data flows cleanly, avoid duplicate maintenance and enable evaluations across system boundaries.

What about data protection and IT security?

Security is not an “extra”, but a prerequisite: access concepts based on roles, traceable data storage and a clear separation of responsibilities. Depending on customer requirements, different operating models are possible, including coordinated authorizations and audit/log requirements.
